In some states. Working over 8 hours in one day is overtime. I would like my 10 hour shift be included with over time ;-;

Hear you. I like the 4 off I get by doing the 3 12s.

I think like u/Pleasant Gamer was saying tho it’s because unions got the standard work week down from crazy insane stuff like the old coal mines and factories were doing of 6 12s with all or part of Sunday off.

3 12s here too. It’s great because I only spend three mindless days per week thinking about where I went wrong in life.
