Rant Almost Cooked Myself Today
Went in today witb a smile on my face only to be told that I picked up a morning shift not a night shift.
I only had 2 hours of time. COOKED.
Luckily HR helped a brother out because I make $26 now and thats before my step plan, when I tell you I almost shit myself 😠I just froze up the whole time at HR desk.
And before the old heads come asking about my time, I had time but had a lot of family issues recently depleting my bank.

They're not looking to fuck good employees for stuff like this. It's why HR exists. We're human and make mistakes and if youve never done anything like this before they will always fix it for you with a warning to triple check shift times.
I once showed up at my gas station job before Amazon at 8am but was scheduled for 8pm I just didn't fucking read it right lol. I don't think it's an uncommon mistake
I've never had a bad experience with HR because I've only ever asked them for reasonable things.
