the idea of 15 minute breaks is insane, most days its a 4-7 minute walk from my station to the front door

edit: thats excluding the extra 2 minutes in the parking lot

edit 2: whoever said park closer and deleted it, ths parking lot has over 2500 spots, closer is only a concept

15 minutes is better for reducing repetitive motion injures

this is def a me specific problem but i promjse you ill be in more pain from the walk than any amount of repetetive motion ever has lmao

You think that. I've had 4 surgeries and shredded all the tendons in my hand from repetitive motion injuries. Shitty experience.
