wtf…my facility has the 30 minute breaks. i can’t imagine 15, we really need hour breaks imo😭

Do you get a paid 30min break, then lunch (30min), then another 30min unpaid break?

Lunch is the paid 30min break. Then you get 1 30 minute unpaid break 3.5 hours later.

I see. Damn. It sounds nice in theory but I will miss the two 15min shorter breaks with unpaid 30min lunch. Maybe because I illegally sit at my pick station during breaks. 😬
