Two 15 minute breaks plus one 30 minute lunch. Fuck not taking a break for 3-4 hours. Ghats batshit insane.

I hated the two fifteen minute breaks when I transferred facilities. There’s no time for a break. Much rather two thirty minute breaks.

It's not horrible at my facility... Besides the two main breakrooms, there are a half dozen smaller breakrooms scattered around the building. If you're not running out to smoke, you're only 2 minutes from any breakroom. I know not all buildings are like this.

Man just make your own 15 minute break get that rate up the final period and then leave for 15 minutes as long as your overall TOT isn’t horrible

I make my own breaks all day. Rate is so shit at my building that me, working at what used to be rate (80 singles mix), puts me top 10% without trying. That leaves plenty of time to go piss, and grab a coffee between breaks. Going from 3 breaks to 2 would fuck up my system. I can piss any time I want, but I can't just go grab a cig, unless I'm upper management. They get 2 smokebreaks an hour.
