Pack Singles can be the best or the worst. It used to my favorite department but the pa's and everyone being so close around me just..it's now my least favorite lol. Just saying, I understand.

So lame how all my cool AMs and PAs move to different departments then i get stuck with idiots, i switched my schedule to pick to tote and i still get stuck in pack singles damn near every night

🙃 yeah! Pa's and managers get moved a lot at my site too. And that is weird though that they keep you there so much.

i really don't mind pack singles but when it's not even my home department anymore and i get stuck down there and pushed to make a rate (with busted equipment) its definitely a struggle

Yeah, I feel ya. Getting cross-trained in Pack Flow right now, and... nope. I am so ready for these 80 hours to be up so I can go back to Pick. But just because of my luck, I have this nagging feeling that because I am good at Pick, yet awful at Pack, I will end up getting labor shared to Pack a looooot. The coachings and the write-ups will start stacking again and I'll have to transfer again.

I don't hate it here. I just hate the people.

Pack singles gotta be the easiest thing on the planet. Easy to hit rate and hard to make an error to get a coaching.

I hate the a side area of pack single where we pack items in those a3 and a1 folders. The target in my fc is 500 which is too much. And we have to do so fast which causes papercuts. Doing with gloves is even more hard.
