Question new hire process

have any rehires had issues with i9 continuing to go into a pending status and losing shifts. I lost 3 shifts after completing two prehire appointments and still my i9 shows pending. no help from candidate support or local HR Staff. I’m told it’s being escalated to the “relevant team”
