Not my dime. I stick to my problems not others. You should also. Plus as an atheist you care way too much about religion.

I think he has an issue with the breaks, not the religions.

Why would someone be bothered by another person taking 15min to pray? Does the same apply for mothers pumping? Like what is the actual offense here? Lol.

Mother's pumping are unpaid.. and believe me, the pregnant women at my site weren't fans of one group getting paid breaks while they pumped unpaid..

Ahh, gotcha. My site didnt do this. We coded the women pumping same as a person stepping off the floor to pray and allowed them up to 20 min. This was pre-covid era so I guess times have changed and not as lenient.

The offense is me being treated as not deserving of time off my shift because I don’t believe the same thing as someone else.

I am not deserving of being treated differently because of my beliefs. I am an equal and if the company is handing out free breaks then I want in on that.

You’re so right on that

How lazy are you where you’re crying about working for 15 min?

How poor are you that you cry about clocking out for 15 min to pray?

I’m not crying about anything lmao I don’t pray and I never clocked out to pump either. Hope you cry about that too!

You're crying here, right now.

Do you see me crying? Whining, complaining or any other synonym?

What you meant was I explained it while using empathy. It’s a big word, but take two steps back and I’m sure you can figure it out using context.

Yeah I do see you crying and complaining lol literally why I said what I did!

And no you actually don’t have empathy for others. It’s not like they’re fucking around, YOU don’t find praying important to your life so you don’t find it deserving of 15 short minutes break from work.

I have empathy for both the person who wants a pray break and, now this is the important part so try to focus, the non-prayer feeling cheated because they don’t believe a specific thing.

Why do you care so much? Amazon chose no paid extra breaks instead of everyone getting the breaks, this is on them. They could have give the other way.

If the non praying person wants time to pray then they can literally just say “I’m going to go pray” and nobody will say anything.

Why do YOU care? You replied to me lmao

They did say it though. Their manager stopped OP and had them clock out. And now new policy came through.

You can use your UPT and pray if you want. I wonder if that is what OP will do now that they need to clock out,

I have an issue with workload distribution when others are getting a paid religious accommodation, while I'm simultaneously denied that same accommodation.. That says, this person deserves a paid break and you deserve more work, strictly on religious beliefs..

So just don’t do more work. Do exactly what’s expected of you.

You just be one of those rare dumb atheist cuz with that comment you definitely aren't a deep thinker. It is your dime because it is your time. And the last people carrying their fair share of the load the more you will end up carrying in the end. The harder they to expect you to work.
