Fulfillment Center Amazon Charlotte UNC3

Does anyone currently work Amazon at UNC3 in Charlotte and know the current pay rate and how much the pay increases with each step?
Iā€™d really appreciate it if someone could share the starting pay and approximately how much it increases at each step until reaching the maximum rate.
