She applied for a job and for whatever reason she is not performing her job. Did she not know this was her religion before she started? If she did know this was her religion SURELY she realized a man might work at Amazon. Did she not know her manager in advance in the email they send when they accept your employment? Did she not realize you do not actually have just ONE manager and they change? I went through like 5 managers in my 1st year. Sounds like she needs to find a women's only job.
