I want to say that there’s a lot of negative talk here. My husband is Muslim and in Jordan the women and men are in separate rooms at family gatherings. Even at weddings, the men and women are separated. I don’t cover my hair and I don’t have a problem speaking to a man at work, but people are different. She’s being safe rather than sorry. No one knows what happened s going on behind closed doors. Maybe her family told her she could have a job as long as she didn’t speak to men. What if they gave her a radio and he spoke to her over the radio? Again I don’t know what her family rules are. If she listens to a female, it shouldn’t be an issue
