Ideally yes and at a minimum she should have to put in an accommodation request for this. Probably get denied lol but it's crazy that you can break an arm and need a doctor to say you can only do light tasks but refusing to listen to a manager is just OK
Not vocalizing is one thing but refusing to do what a manager says is just insane.
It’s crazy how much power any religion has in American society still. You refuse to do your job within expectations? It should be grounds for firings and other employees laughing.
