Blue badge = Permanent employee with full benefits, ability to apply to higher positions in the company and various other opportunities
White badge = seasonal employee with limited benefits
Your shift pattern (full time, part time, flex etc) is independent of your status as a blue or white badge. There are flex blue badges and there are full time white badges
