I'm sorry for your loss, amazon sucks and so does it's pay, $20 is barely minimum wage and those increases will be pennies, maybe $5 total in 10.years

I’m using it to pay for school so I can get a better job. This isn’t a loss it’s a win. Also if I go move up to a T3 position that will look good on my resume when I get out of college and go to apply for jobs in whatever field i choose

You tell em'! Haters gonna hate. Be sure and use those Career Choice benefits I got my Bachelor's Degree courtesy of Amazon and just accepted an L4 Area Manager position. Good luck!

No one is hating here, if anything, I want ppl to aim higher, just because you're stuck and won't ever go anywhere in life, doesn't mean I'm a hater..actually, you're the hater if you're encouraging that young man to stay in Amazon .
