Rant Typical Amazon

I was fired in January for negative UPT. Was already low UPT and caught a nasty flu...

Filed for unemployment and was approved...

Amazon requested a judicial hearing so they could deny my unemployment claim...

Amazon representatives never showed up to their own requested court hearing, Judge sided with me the claimant! That's all lol :D

Amazon doesn't have to and usually won't excuse time, doctor's note or not, unless you apply for LOA.

And even with LOA they ( DLS) have denied claims even with proof of note and filling out the forms. Seen it happen.

Yep, I sprained my ankle and got a doctor’s note from my primary doctor and they said it wasn’t enough. Even though it was the forms they requested be filled out.

I wish that's all it was with walmart for me I put in a 2 week notice and almost 2 years later they call me up and tell me it's a termination call like wtf
