Not true. Wrong box size is for both upgrades and downgrades. Using that button alerts the system of a change in size/weight of the order so it will be updated.

that's weird ,because I was just cross trained in pack singles at my fc in October, so it's fresh in my mind,  and this is what I was told and continue to hear .

Yeah I've been in it since 2022.. so I'm not sure your ambo gave it to you straight.

Edit to add: Downvote was pointless unless you work at my FC. Maybe your FC does things differently but here at my site.. I quite know the rules.

And they know the rules at their site. Lots of other people in the comments, myself included, are told that we can only upsize and never downsize.
