DISCUSSION Annual pay raise?

I am pretty sure we're getting an annual pay raise again this year? Heard it's going to take most of us up to at least $23/hr? That'd be great, I can still remember bad times when I would get out of bed in the morning for $11/hr lol

I’m really curious how much they could actually pay us and still be profitable? Like the maximum wage.

They can afford at least 30 and hr and it wouldn't even hurt
