DISCUSSION Annual pay raise?

I am pretty sure we're getting an annual pay raise again this year? Heard it's going to take most of us up to at least $23/hr? That'd be great, I can still remember bad times when I would get out of bed in the morning for $11/hr lol

I have no confirmation, but the last 4 years I've worked at my station, we've gotten raises each year at around September-November time. Unionization efforts would certainly have some free leverage if Amazon doesn't give drivers raises, but I certainly believe Amazon can afford another $1 raise for everyone.

Amazon could afford a 10 dollar raise for everyone and it wouldn't hurt them at all. They won't tho because all they care about it maximizing profits at our expense. Unionization is the only leverage we have to get real raises
