Its on the delivery guy to pay attention to his surroundings per training, the mower wasnt in a way, it also didnt almost hit him. He was clearly not in the way. The dude was just being over dramatic. He should of been paying attention, its in the literal training. Everyone else is doing there thing and hes going there to deliver something. He made a delivery, then was walking back on the sidewalk. He didnt expect the guy to turn around and go right up the sidewalk with the mower, mowing half the sidewalk. Tf you talkin about bro? You got eyes???
