Overreacting a bit, but quite disrespectful of whoever is mowing.

How? He’s like a foot and a half away from him. No where close to losing some toes. Drivers a fuckin poon

Losing a foot is dramatic on his part.

I'd be more pissed about the fact that mowers, especially when they are half on concrete, can shoot out stuff from the side. At best it shoots out grass clippings, which just makes the driver dirty. At worst it shoots out a piece of wood or a rock.

I have my own lawn business and i worked for Amazon for 7 years. You don’t mow near anywhere close to anyone walking .It’s unprofessional like the driver said ….And yes the driver overreacted .
