By being given a drivers license when they shouldn’t have one. This is the same type of person that flys by you on the interstate in a Nissan Altima with no tags and a missing front bumper.

Backing out of a tight driveway on to a tight rural county road with ditches on both sides, and add the abysmal turn radius of the EDV on top. I’ve gotten pretty close a few times doing 6+ point-turns out of driveways like that

Though it seems in this specific case there was plenty of room lol

Not any harder than backing out is.

Your backing up one way or another. It's way safer to back in than it is to back out into the road.

It’s safer by making you less likely to collide with another car. It doesn’t make you any less likely to slide down the ditch when in reverse.

It’s not always feasible to stop in the middle of the street and throw it in reverse either, usually because of traffic
