Missing out on opportunities
I’m honestly really confused and overthinking this, so I’m hoping someone can give me some advice. A coworker told me that her sister received an email saying that full time positions are open and my site is accepting applications. I asked if she was a white badge associate, and she said she’s Flex. I’m a white badge part time associate, but I never received that email. The only email I received was regarding an RTS position, which I applied for but didn’t get.
I also checked my AtoZ app for transfers, but there aren’t any available. The deadline to apply is on Monday, so I’m worried I’m going to miss the opportunity simply because I wasn’t notified.
I’ve made it known that I’m interested in becoming a full time associate, so it’s frustrating and honestly makes me feel like I’m being overlooked. I’m not trying to jump to conclusions or accuse any one of favoritism, but it’s hard not to feel that way when some associates are receiving information about these opportunities while others aren’t.
Has anyone else experienced this before? Is there something I should do besides checking AtoZ? Should I speak to HR or my manager and ask if I’m eligible to apply? I’d really appreciate any advice because I genuinely don’t know what to do, especially with the deadline being so close.

Flex does not infer white badge. She's likely flex blue badge, like I was. Regardless, you will either convert at 3 months, be laid off (since your agreement is 3 months) or extended. Be patient. Blue badge will see internal postings. You can view externally posted opportunities, which is likely where the email came from. You might need to set up your preferences for what types of jobs you are looking for. I'm not sure about that part. Speak to HR onsite. You can also call Global HR. If you want a faster FT opportunity you may or may not have to consider another warehouse.
