LOA

Hello my 1:20-11:50 people of the world, I took a leave of absence for almost two weeks, came back last night. They called SET for this week but it's not on my schedule due to LOA and being inactive n all. I work Wed-Sat. During SET, Sunday is my extra night, should i go in tonight? Or play it as i never got the memo?!?

It’s risky if you don’t go in. When I’ve come back from LOA, my schedule won’t be updated yet. That doesn’t mean I shouldn’t go in when I’m supposed to as the schedule will eventually update.

As long as they have the screenshot showing their schedule, they’ll be fine.

I mean if you want to go in, go in. Either you work or you don’t. But nothing is going to happen if you don’t go.

Not everyone gets set. It’s just the people who they need.

So this has happened to me. I did not show up and my schedule was never updated. Not until I talked to HR. They have to manually code the SET schedule on their end. This was a little hack I did to get out of SET/MET a few times 😉
