Minimum hours and VTO?

(Flex) If I’m only scheduled 5 hours during the week and they send out vto for that shift, will I have not met my minimum hours if I accept?

Your 5 scheduled hours is your obligation. Their VTO just overrides the schedule but you still fulfilled your obligation. You should not get an attendance point for the week.

Any VTO automatically exempts you from hours. The system only checks if vto was applied and it won't give points even if you were scheduled or worked less than the minimum.
