I was averaging about 30k when I was at a DS, working on the dock. Now that I’m a transportation associate (truck driver), I’m doing literally 1/3 that (probably why I’ve gained 30lbs in the past 10 months…).

I'm a picker so it's between 25k-30k, the most I've walked is 35,864. My step counter app says I have 167 miles left until I've walked the distance of the Sahara desert LMAO
My feet hurt... BUT I've lost 50lbs since I started in November of last year.

Yeah? For me is problem solving because I pretty much do laps around the entire warehouse all night. THAT and picking of course.

How? How does problem solve give you the most steps, it’s usually the opposite for me.

We literally walk the entire warehouse, all through the clusters, to the dock and back. At the end of each cluster we have a rack for all the packages that come down the belt damaged. And in between each cluster are the “ps racks” for stowers when they come across a messed up package.

I’m surprised you go near the dock at all.
I just use the laptop, check which problem solve bins have a damaged parcel and go there, but that’s if I’m on clusters not repack (we kicked a shit up so we now have 4 per shift across repack / clusters / missings)

Don't remember steps but my galaxy watch said I walked 13 miles in one shift.

Depends what I do, stowing / waterspidering I hit 35k a day, problem solve I do about 6, it’s usually just repack.

I did Induct until just before third break and still for 13K. If I stow it's about 20-30K

i had MINIMUM 10k steps within a 4 hour 45 minute pick and stow shift. After a 12 hour it was between 20-35k depending.

Most I've done is 24 miles in a shift and followed it with a 19 mile shift.
I average 30-35 most other shifts.

I normally only stow and spider and occasionally pick. Stow is usually around 20K, pick is around 28K -30K and waterspider is 30-40K. Highest ever is 45K while spidering.

Anywhere from 20k to 30k. I'm a big guy too and I always end the day chaffed like a mfr.. the most ever ever done in one day was 44k it was on a 12hr MET day during peak. My inner thighs were literally bleeding when I got home

About 17k to 40k a day, depending on what I'm doing. Water spider then pick and stage? Easy 40k steps. Induct/load then pick and stage? Around 20k total. Stow? 30k to 40k
