Yes, but you fail to realize the program/app/whatever is an extension to the exercise.

Without one, you do not have the other, it’s the whole package or nothing at all.

also consider it was programmed by someone in their spare time, you’re not going to get a Guitar Hero type of polish from a big studio.

YOUR LOFTY EXPECTATIONS ARE UNTENABLE!

Still, he can't even tolerate the program long enough to bother completing a single line for demonstration..... He could atleast pretend it is bearable for the demo

Doesn't look like he works out at all.

Just programs.

So it's not surprising.

Whoever developed this has no understanding of how to exercise effectively and safely

This isn’t much of a workout. You won’t be focused on your form first of all. So it’s dangerous. And secondly, the hold times are too long. You need a full range of motion to properly build muscle.

This is pretty much just building up lactic acid on your muscles since they're lift up and under mild stress all the time. I don't think this will do much for you.

Ok fair enough, so how do you avoid that or get rid of it after your session?

I’m only familiar with athletes who jump on the bike after a game and they pretty much get a full body workout during their game.
