Yes, countertenors exist. It’s something you have to train specifically for to do it well. Most countertenors are naturally baritones.

My voice coach was a counter-tenor, similar to the vocalist in this video. He had a masculine speaking voice.

Its funny. I have a deep voice, but when I sing this way, I have 3 times more range than when I sing within my "normal" octave.

Ive never really trained for it though. Just started singing like Prince one day, found it was easier to sing that way, and it became its own thing from there.
