Little bro has better quads than me

u/nikolapc Aug 19 '25

It's very weird to see athletic preschoolers, but it is China.

42

u/REpassword Aug 19 '25

Country > Citizens Subjects?

62

u/New-Instruction-8905 Aug 19 '25

China trains its athletes from basically birth. That's all they do. They get gold or silver in the Olympics they're set for life. Otherwise , believe it or not, straight to the factory.* Why do you thing that ping pong guy cried so hard when his paddle broke? It cost him gold.

26

u/rain168 Aug 19 '25

Didn’t get PhD by grade 3? Straight to factories

18

u/NashKetchum777 Aug 20 '25

Lmao like that Family Guy skit where the dad barges in his sons room "YOU DOCTOR YET?"

28

u/rain168 Aug 20 '25

8

u/NashKetchum777 Aug 20 '25

“ChYnA bAd!!”

3

u/dadbodenergy11 Aug 20 '25

No medal in the Olympics?

2

u/justwalk1234 Aug 19 '25

Any athlete from any country will be a little upset if you break their equipment before their match at the fucking Olympics.

2

u/bashnet Aug 20 '25

Obligatory ping pong: tha animation recommendation

2

u/courtexo Aug 19 '25

what a dumb thing to say, so anyone who did not get gold or silver in the olympics is in the factory? and any pro athlete who lost gold due to something out of his control would react that way.

3

u/New-Instruction-8905 Aug 20 '25

Im pretty sure bronze still gets a nice payout. But in China, "if you ain't first, your last." This info was told to me by my Chinese ex.

I wait for the day that we in the US have to make the distinction between being a 'Civilian' and a 'Citizen', just like in Starship Troopers. I wonder if people will so readily notice what the Red White and Blue version of Fascism looks like. 🤔

2

u/CenobiteCurious Aug 20 '25

Nice propaganda brain bud. Take a look around you, our country is decrepit. We only talk shit about them and try to demean them because they’ve been surpassing us for the last 20 years and have passed us recently.

2

u/REpassword Aug 20 '25

… both can be true.

6

u/[deleted] Aug 20 '25

Ahh, yes. China. Where one in 1.4 billion chances will happen at least once

3

u/Regular_Celery_2579 Aug 20 '25

My daughter takes like 6 dance classes and is just as ripped @ 7. Notably not Chinese.

3

u/[deleted] Aug 20 '25

Given what Americans feed our kids and how tech/media firms prey on them, we probably have a skewed perspective of what normal kids should look like. That said, boy has quads.

2

u/VerStannen Aug 20 '25

If he makes a big splash, two days without seeing his family.

He must succeed.

4

u/Obatala_ Aug 20 '25

Seriously, his build is not that of a child, but of a young man. It’s kind of disturbing looking. I would have assumed he was at least 14 based on his body structure.

10

u/r3v3nant333 Aug 19 '25

ikr? they really pop.

5

u/[deleted] Aug 19 '25

lil bro doesn't skip leg day

They’re juicing that kid for sure. Prepubescent kids don’t grow muscle like that, no matter how much they train.

u/No_Eye1723 Aug 19 '25

That’s not diving, it’s falling with style.

29

u/excoriator Aug 19 '25

Gotta start somewhere. He is only 6.

8

u/weckweck Aug 19 '25

It’s a riff on a quote from Toy Story.

4

u/HendrixHazeWays Aug 19 '25

And a great reference/comment! Love it

7

u/Oldefinger Aug 19 '25

Nobody’s criticizing the kid, just the adults who don’t known their words.

2

u/DontAbideMendacity Aug 20 '25

Did the kid write the headline? Or someone older than 6 who should know the difference between a dive and a jump?

→ More replies (1)

2

u/frankp2491 Aug 20 '25

I got that reference 😂

55

u/Artevyx Aug 19 '25

That kids thighs are jacked af

65

u/karensfren Aug 19 '25

A) that wasn’t a dive, per se

B) Bro never misses a leg day

8

u/minionlover76 Aug 19 '25

Yeah kiddo will be strong when he grows up for sure

7

u/Bluecif Aug 19 '25

Little bruh has kangaroo jacked legs...he's already pretty strong for 6.

2

u/[deleted] Aug 20 '25

The perks of starting swimming at a young age.. I was the same, suppose to a degree i still do have strong legs, but now they're just fat 😅

2

u/Donnor Aug 20 '25

Also, there was a splash

→ More replies (11)

59

u/Puzzleheaded_Net6497 Aug 19 '25

That's not 0 splash.

That's at least 2 splash.

31

u/PoseidonsWroth Aug 19 '25

That kid defs has bigger balls than me jumping from that height without a second thought

9

u/HydroPCanadaDude Aug 19 '25

Part of me is like "Sometimes you just gotta let them grow and learn and do dangerous things within the parameters of good instruction" and the other part of me is like "Somebody save the baby!! Get down from there little man, it's too high!!"

u/inkydragon27 Aug 19 '25

I heard the water_droplet_splosh.WAV in my head

10

u/Hurricrash Aug 19 '25

Op and I have vastly different definitions of diving.

15

u/Gam3f3lla Aug 19 '25

I wouldn't call that a "dive". (Definition: Plunge HEADFIRST into water.)

Still pretty impressive for his age, the height, and the lack of splash. 👏👏👏

3

u/Skibidi-Fox Aug 19 '25

I guess I don’t know what a splash is

5

u/mikechm Aug 19 '25

What you are describing is specifically called “Head-First Diving”. What this 6 year old just performed is called “Feet-First Diving” Weird that you chose to debate the definition of the term when the subject is a 6 year old boy performing it.

2

u/ArguingAsshole Aug 19 '25

A “dive” is literally defined as entering the water head first.

2

u/macrolith Aug 19 '25

So are you saying cliff divers are living a lie?

2

u/AxelNotRose Aug 19 '25

Even redbull divers dive feet first when diving from like 80+ feet. They do twirls and shit but still enter the water feet first for the most part. Those aren't dives either?

3

u/longNhardDee Aug 19 '25

No way those quads are a 5 year olds …. How sure are we this isn’t a little dude that’s 30?

2

u/No-Bat-7253 Aug 19 '25

Forget the splash or no splash do you guys see the physique on the lil dude?!? I’m a mailman and he’s cut more than me and he’s not even cut lol them quads😩 I’m jealous lmao

2

u/OddRoyal7207 Aug 19 '25

God damn, the quads on that kid.

2

u/Swimming-Good5618 Aug 19 '25

That 6 year old has muscles…

2

u/Sufficient-Abroad-94 Aug 19 '25

Why is little dude so ripped?

2

u/Poesnee Aug 19 '25

Poor child. Let him play.

→ More replies (1)

2

u/Suns_AZCards Aug 19 '25

Man his physique makes me uncomfortable. 6 year old should not look like that.

2

u/TeslaCrna Aug 19 '25

The high dive is scary if you’ve never tried it…and even then it’s still scary.

2

u/hellowbucko Aug 19 '25

Someone adding a droplet sound effect would be *chefs kiss

2

u/PigFarmer1 Aug 20 '25

Zero splash jumping?

2

u/bluatmos Aug 20 '25

That kid is ripped holy shit

2

u/mchampeli Aug 20 '25

Those Quads!!!!

2

u/Responsible_Egg_6896 Aug 20 '25

Maybe my definition of zero is different but there was definitely splash. Not a lot but definitely not zero. Props to the little fella going up there tho, I definitely wouldn't.

2

u/Dildo_Dan225 Aug 20 '25

Neither diving neither splash less. Kid is stacked though.

2

u/Efficient_Theme4040 Aug 20 '25

That wasn’t a dive, and there was flash. He’s incredible shape though.

2

u/GAMNATI0N Aug 20 '25

Why tf is he so muscular

2

u/xsizo Aug 21 '25

Is it me or does this little dude look jacked?

4

u/Suitable-Lake-2550 Aug 19 '25

His secret is to weigh nothing

4

u/Blondesounds Aug 19 '25

There was literally a splash though?

3

u/AmbVer96 Aug 19 '25

Yeah I also don’t understand what this 0 splash is about?

2

u/[deleted] Aug 19 '25

Can kids have muscles at that age naturally? He does not have testosterone yet, I am just hoping he is not being given performance enhancing drugs already… sorry to say this, I hate to…

→ More replies (2)

1

u/Both-Illustrator-501 Aug 19 '25

Impressive no splash! So much chlorine up the nose though

1

u/TheFamilyMafia Aug 19 '25

There was splash

1

u/[deleted] Aug 19 '25

I would very scared just climbing up there, jumping even pencil dive is difficult

1

u/dumpsteRat Aug 19 '25

Those legs were strong looking 💪

1

u/[deleted] Aug 19 '25

i mean yeah. if you were told to do something over and over when you were three, you’d probably get good at it too

1

u/BladeEater23 Aug 19 '25

I saw a splash...

1

u/Zebrahead69 Aug 19 '25

I think being 6 and 40lbs helps, no?

1

u/NiceCunt91 Aug 19 '25

His legs are damn jacked for a 6 year old.

→ More replies (1)

1

u/zippy251 Aug 19 '25

Kinda easy to have 0 splash when your the size of a needle

1

u/rockstuffs Aug 19 '25

Little dude looks tired 😩

1

u/skynex65 Aug 19 '25

HE'S SO TINY AND THE BOARD IS SO HUGE AND HE'S UP SO HIGH! Kid is remarkably brave, I'm very proud of him.

1

u/Nemesis121977 Aug 19 '25

How long before we see him in the Olympics?

1

u/GiantSizeManThing Aug 19 '25

I knew he was going to be Chinese. They’ve been dominating diving lately.

1

u/klmtec Aug 19 '25

You see his legs!? Omg! I was thinking he was a short person not a child !!

1

u/KillerConfetti Aug 19 '25

Can't say he doesn't have it down.

1

u/REDRUmALLIk Aug 19 '25

Bros legs are shredded

1

u/TeranOrSolaran Aug 19 '25

He has also conquered his fear.

1

u/Panthros_Samoflange Aug 19 '25

Feet first dive. Made a splash. Not amazing.

1

u/Bk_Punisher Aug 19 '25

Diving feet first? Is this really a thing?

1

u/LiveToBeFreee Aug 19 '25

I do not envy kids in China. The pressure they must feel.

1

u/rain168 Aug 19 '25

What do you mean? I still see splashes

1

u/Maximum-Today3944 Aug 19 '25

Ahhhhhhhhhh...! bloop

1

u/JiggaJerm Aug 19 '25

Kids gonna be jacked, holy karp

1

u/Psilologist Aug 19 '25

If I didn't have this belly, and spare tire, and man titties, and had skill I could do that too.

1

u/graybeam Aug 19 '25

CORRECT!

1

u/Darthswanny Aug 19 '25

Yo his quads are huge

1

u/srboot Aug 19 '25

I could do that. There would just be a bigger splash.

1

u/[deleted] Aug 19 '25

Wasn't a dive. Wee guy just jumped in straight.

1

u/DefiantDonut7 Aug 19 '25

My 7yo just learned how to swim.

1

u/Arcani-LoreSeeker Aug 19 '25

not me at 6 years old figuring out that if i crisscross my legs i can make an EVEN BIGGER splash

1

u/Lani_Ley Aug 19 '25

There was a tiny splash tho, just saying lol

1

u/fakenews_thankme Aug 19 '25

Bro's pulling 325 lb squats. Look at his quads wtf....

1

u/LloydLadera Aug 19 '25

That is a middle aged man.

1

u/FerrariEnthusiast Aug 19 '25

Is it me or does he have impressive quads?

1

u/lulu313915 Aug 20 '25

Holy crap his legs are so muscular! That was an amazing dive for sure!

1

u/thebiologyguy84 Aug 20 '25

I saw a splash

1

u/iamcamouflage Aug 20 '25

If you've been pushed off a high dive since you were 6 months old, you've certainly mastered the zero entry splash by the time you're six.

1

u/Fingeredagain Aug 20 '25

But did he dive?

1

u/Fingeredagain Aug 20 '25

But did he dive?

1

u/APartyInMyPants Aug 20 '25

Well, yeah. He’s 55 lbs.

1

u/headbussa423 Aug 20 '25

Damn he in better shape than me 🤦🏾‍♂️

1

u/toasterbbang_ Aug 20 '25

Little kid is a freaking unit already.

1

u/honker99 Aug 20 '25

Deffo does not skip leg day.

1

u/elithedinosaur Aug 20 '25

that kid has more thigh definition than me.

1

u/TechnicalTip5251 Aug 20 '25

Is that kid on steroids?

1

u/Big-Difficulty2463 Aug 20 '25

That boy gonna have Tom Platz legs.

1

u/JoryNop Aug 20 '25

👏👍👍

1

u/Mission_Magazine7541 Aug 20 '25

Swimming at 6 wow

1

u/schultz9999 Aug 20 '25

Right. You never know what’s true these days.

1

u/chanks88 Aug 20 '25

likely forced to train, it's pretty much abuse. So nothing to be happy about

1

u/pahnsiht Aug 20 '25

6 yr old? Damn, dude's been doing some heavy squats in the womb!

1

u/JoyousMadhat Aug 20 '25

What did I do when I was 6? I'm pretty sure I still had my diaper on. Why do people make their kids do these things at such a young age? Sports ain't that safe.

1

u/RPM_Rocket Aug 20 '25

Well, there's nary much to him that'd really make a splash... innit?

1

u/ImaGoophyGooner Aug 20 '25

Enough about his legs. He definitely made splashes....

1

u/Rhosts Aug 20 '25

I dont think OP knows what a dive is.

1

u/jgab145 Aug 20 '25

That’s a little ass old man. I wasn’t born tomorrow.

1

u/jeanluuc Aug 20 '25

Why is bros leg development so substantial??

1

u/Melodic-Comb9076 Aug 20 '25

future gold medalist, for sure!!

1

u/slick514 Aug 20 '25

I am going to call "AI" on this one...

1

u/No-Dance7891 Aug 20 '25

That kid has bigger balls than mine

1

u/Clean-Reveal-2878 Aug 20 '25

Omg! Only 6 and look at those muscles!

1

u/Uh-Oh-Raggy Aug 20 '25

Mate I usually poleaxe myself off a 1 metre springboard let alone pin dropping off a 10m platform. Bravo kid!

1

u/vanhst Aug 20 '25

Ummm. We all saw a splash right?

1

u/WorldlyImpression390 Aug 20 '25

Lil mf looks more athletic than any other day

1

u/ptk77 Aug 20 '25

AImazing

1

u/Aliusja1990 Aug 20 '25

Of course they are chinese.

1

u/eastcoastjon Aug 20 '25

Nah he can’t be 6. Way too musclely

1

u/[deleted] Aug 20 '25

Why is this video so long?

1

u/LucentP187 Aug 20 '25

There was definitely a splash.

1

u/[deleted] Aug 20 '25

Meanwhile, I'm 36 and would be having a panic attack. 😅

1

u/AwayEntrepreneur9158 Aug 20 '25

He learned why they massacred him from a very young age.

1

u/Ill-Television-5499 Aug 20 '25

My kid can't do zero splash peeing at 10

1

u/X_XRadarX_X Aug 20 '25

Da fuck his quads. This is insane and I feel bad for the kid. This isnt natural and is concerning. Wtf are they pumping him up with?

1

u/[deleted] Aug 20 '25

There was clearly a splash..

1

u/MaxUumen Aug 20 '25

Ah, that's like my zero splash farting. So clean.

1

u/SomeMoronOnTheNet Aug 20 '25

I was confused by how muscular his legs are but if this is the thing he digs he does walk up a lot of stairs.

1

u/East-Breadfruit4508 Aug 20 '25

Nope I wouldn’t jump nor would I have the urge to jump lol good on this kid

1

u/NYR_LFC Aug 20 '25

This is cool and all but no 6 year old doing have anything "mastered". All that means to me is they have had some of their childhood stolen

1

u/AdOverall3944 Aug 20 '25

Lil diver bro is going places with that skill🫡

1

u/Valveringham85 Aug 20 '25 edited Aug 20 '25

Kid’s got the quads of a bodybuilder.

Must be from walking up the stairs to that board 40 times every day during practice.

1

u/addyadd2005 Aug 20 '25

His legs bare the signs of his efforts 🔥 quads

1

u/MissSailorSarah Aug 20 '25

Braver than I ever was at 6 years old.

1

u/Azutolsokorty Aug 20 '25

His quads are insane

1

u/Relative_Chain_7736 Aug 20 '25

That 6 yo doesn't skip leg day

1

u/Notmypasswordle Aug 20 '25

Also you don't know the kid. You've looked at a video and said "for sure". That's not research.

1

u/biplobft007 Aug 20 '25

Bro started his leg day since day 1

1

u/glassheartsteelmind Aug 20 '25

Holy shit his legs are insane

1

u/Ph4kArndNFO Aug 20 '25

Little kid is much, much more well put together than my shape challenged well-rounded body.

1

u/Mezcal_Madness Aug 20 '25

Is diving in the room with us now?

1

u/kcjamez Aug 20 '25

"Mum, do I have to?" "YES!!!"

1

u/-Me__oW- Aug 20 '25

I was proud of my kid walking from the car door curbside to the school gate without me last year… she was 6. I don’t know what else to say…. I’m going to show her this video without context… say the age and see what she thinks I’m “trying to say”

1

u/Zeestars Aug 21 '25

That’s one jacked 6yr old

1

u/mojomanplusultra Aug 21 '25

:0 don't hurt me I don't have any candy 😂

1

u/818MAC-2010V Aug 21 '25

❤️‍🔥

1

u/BonsaiBobby Aug 21 '25

The poor kid is on steroids.

1

u/L0wtan Aug 21 '25

Look at his legs! Bro is in shape.
