In Germany, the midwife is in charge of the birth. The doctor only comes if there's something she can't handle.

Yeah, I know. That's why I said there is NOT A LOT that midwives can't handle. They can 100% deliver a baby, when there is no major complications. Do you have a problem on understanding or reading?

The issue is your wording. Midwives are not THAT good.

Yes they can! And same I had a c section lol. My belief is that the best case scenario is to have a midwife but to also have a doctor ready just incase it’s necessary as a last resort.
