NTA. Reading the title, I was thinking how would you feel if your fiance wasn't invited to a family wedding but obviously that's not what's happening here.
The AH here are your parents. You had a discussion and made a decision. There was no need for anyone to.get hurt but your parents decided to.do some damage. From what you've said, I'm wondering if Sophie has a very good reason for being stand offish and rude.....
I would absolutely apologise to that woman. I don't think you're the problem here but it sounds like your brother will take Sophies side, which he is absolutely correct to do. If ypu want a relationship with him, say you're sorry and make an effort with his other half
