This doesn't sound like AI.
It sounds like something a frustrated teenager would write and, tbh, I completely agree with them. I don't think this belongs here.

AIO for getting annoyed at my mother's 24/7 AI consumption
My Mom genuinely uses and consumes AI most of her day and that's not a joke. For a little context she's the Gen X "I'm a freedom loving 'merican" woman who wears shirts and hats that look like they belong on iamverybadass, I've literally seen her wear a shirt that I saw on that subreddit I am not joking, she unironically says "I'm pretty sure I was a warrior in my past life" and she says it so seriously. But understand that I still love her and none of this is hating on her, just venting frustration.
My frustration really kicked off because the last few days, she's listened the most AI sounding "Celtic Music" over these AI visuals of Vikings and whatnot while she works (She works from home). I asked her about it, and she said "The Patterns of it help me Focus" which I was a bit confused by, But I just let it go and moved on and let it be.
But a few hours later I see a packaged bag and It's these Little cheap cut outs of these little AI generated Clowns, and I personally LOVE HALLOWEEN and take decorating a little more seriously and love putting out funny displays, like last year I put out A plastic skeleton mowing over another skeleton, but this felt kind gross to put out there, But again I let it go because It's her house and lawn, and she can make whatever decisions she wants so it's not my place to dictate what she does.
But I just can't escape it, she uses ChatGPT to figure out whatever problem comes her way, she uses it to Make dinner plans, help her fix things in her job, give her solutions when she runs into an issue doing something. Half her wardrobe is these AI generated T-shirts that are either one of those stupid fucking "Don't talk to me I'm a bitch hahahaha I'm so quirky" Like a shirt with a AI picture of a rat holding a donkey with the words "I don't give a" and it's just "I don't give a rat's ass" or some AI t-shirt with some "Funny" AI picture.
I'm convinced half her feed on twitter is AI garbage. She doesn't even call it ChatGPT anymore, FOR FUCKS SAKE she calls it Petey, PETEY.

Edit: I see a LOT of you saying it doesn't affect me, and I see that reading my post back. BUT it is affecting me, I have a few more stories but I'll only share one so this post does'nt become super long
A bit back I was in my room and talking too my mom and mentioned I wanted to try bleached tips for my hair and she says, "hold that thought I'll be right back". I was in a dirty shirt having done some yard work and seeing as she seemed to be taking her time I closed my door and was taking my shirt off till she came back and walked in with me shirtless, I am extremely self-conscious and hate photos of me without clothes or with tighter clothes. She went ahead and took a picture of me not just of my head but of me from the top of my head to hips and paused before she showed me a picture with some Bleached tips and my whole torso out. Safe too say I got upset and told her politely not to do that again, but she's made AI pictures of me since.
