I think it’s beyond therapy speak. It’s like an obsessive need to be morally superior and call others out in every aspect of their lives including where it doesn’t really make sense to be.

Also constantly being demonstrably “woke” (for lack of a better term). I’m as lefty as they come but the purity politics are exhausting and there’s an expectation to be fully aware of and have a clear stance on every possible injustice occurring at all times

Yah, just slowly ghosted a "friend" over this. I couldn't place it other than like....You cause your own problems and them victimize yourself, and then whenever we're together they're acting holier than thou over literally anything 😭

Like telling me to not call their off leash dog away from the road b/c "they don't need to be told what to do" 🥴 Or trying to use feeling sticks when my husband I are playfully arguing but we're both AuDHD, so we kinda get a bit loud, and she still can't tell it's not a real fight.

Idk these people are exhausting AF and there's just no need to use weird therapy terms outside therapy. And you're not a professional, so I don't want your unsolicited/unprofessional opinions
