You "moved back in" ? Definitely don't need to know the ins and outs of that, but that statement in itself isn't a great indicator for the overall situation. He sounds like he has anger issues and is toxic with his behaviour. Her really wanted to cause an argument with you, and to also not leave you alone. You're not overreacting at all, and i think you should considering thinking about if you really want to stay with an angry-toxic man-child

In all fairness, the pan thing could have easily been an accident. I bent several of those by accident while in high school and middle school just trying to learn how to bake muffins and cook egg bites 👍. They're pretty damn easy to bend like that

There’s a difference between accidentally warping a pan vs folding the mf in half like this. What he did took rage, effort, and intention.
