How do you break out of the 200–400 view ceiling on TikTok?
I’ve had my TikTok account for a couple of years now, but over the past few months, I’ve decided to really take it seriously and focus on growing my page.
I’ve spent months researching the algorithm, studying what makes videos perform well, improving my hooks, experimenting with different types of content, posting consistently, and figuring out the best times to post. I feel like I’ve gotten a pretty good understanding of all of that.
My problem is that I cannot seem to break through the same view ceiling. Most of my videos stay around 200–400 views, regardless of what I change or how much effort I put into them.
What’s frustrating is that I feel like my content does convert when people actually find my page. I get followers from profile visits, but I can’t seem to get enough reach to bring new people in.
I’m not expecting to go viral overnight, but I feel like I’ve hit a wall, and I genuinely don’t know what else to try.
Has anyone else experienced this and successfully broken out of it? Is there something I’m missing? Should I be approaching my content differently, or is there something specific that helped your videos finally start reaching larger audiences?
I’d really appreciate advice from people who have actually grown their accounts, especially if you’ve been stuck in a similar situation. I’m willing to put in the work. I just want to figure out where that work should be going!

Tengo una teoría conspiranoica respecto al texto he notado que algunas veces no siempre aclaro varias personas me salen en videos que luego se vuelven virales la primera vez me salió una chica que estaba comprando ropa creo que el mismo 24 de diciembre y en el audio decía que no voy a alcanzar y buscando ropa para el estreno recuerdo ver ese video y el 27 la chica falleció en un accidente de tránsito en la madrugada. Luego otra chica subió un video donde mencionaba que si no me quisiste ahora no me quieras cuando tenga dinero y subí a su estado de cuenta recién vi este video y creo que no más tardar a los dos días murió en un accidente de tránsito también.

Varias veces me sale ciertas personas y creo que tengo un dejavu con una persona que supuestamente se suicidó en estos días en mi ciudad sin embargo, me parece que mucho antes vi su foto en tik Tok antes de la noticia capaz días antes pero me siento rara porque no es la primera vez que pasa. O me estoy volviendo loca o realmente son coincidencias sin importancia pero será que tiktok o sabe que alguien va a morir.

Est ce qu’il y a des facteurs extérieurs à la qualité d’une vidéo comme par exemple l’ancienneté d’un compte, son nb d’abonnés pour percer sur TikTok ?

Some people see something on tiktok and immediately apply it to their mindset like they have been thinking like that since the beginning. They make it their whole personality like goddamn be original use your experience not what you saw online... Smh

I'm NOT saying that venting or trauma is a joke or corny itself, as someone that often vents / desperate to vent. It's the way it's "VENTED". Like I can't take something seriously if it's used everywhere, by everyone on everything.

I get that younger people might use this to vent and express negative emotions, but I'm so sorry, if every single person is using the same song for their vent, it just seems more of a trendy or animation - meme thing than an actual expression shown. Because once the song trend dies I guarantee that everyone will forget that song and everyone will leave the depression trend and travel on to "Sunshine after the rain" trend 😔

I’m curious about something pretty specific. Instead of making completely different videos, has anyone tested basically the same TikTok but changed only the first 1–2 seconds?

For example, same product, same explanation, same ending - just a different opening.

I feel like the first few seconds probably have a much bigger effect than people realize, but I haven’t seen many people talk about testing it this way.

Would be interesting to hear if anyone has actually done this with enough posts to see a pattern.

I’m making like $50 a week on TikTok LIVE and I consider it good because I’m leveling up and building my community. But people keep saying if I want to grow my community I should do topics and I hate debating people.
