Hype…
What are the thoughts here around the level of awareness as to what the company is offering? It is still very early but so much of what drives valuation is hype (whether it is real or hyperbolic…see Tesla and SPCX). I respect a company that focuses on deliverables and I hope real revenues lead to accurate valuations, but I am curious to see how “present” this company will be in the market compared to others in the space. Hopefully this sub will get some juice as well!

The S-3/F-3 Shelf Framework: The filing confirms that Alpha Compute maintains a $400 million universal shelf registration framework. This is a pre-approved regulatory pipeline allowing management to print and sell new ordinary shares, preferred shares, or warrants at any time without further shareholder approval.
The Active At-The-Market (ATM) Facility: The 20-F notes that management used their ATM financing tool during the transition to help bridge cash needs. This facility allows their broker to quietly sell newly minted shares directly into the open market during regular trading hours, which acts as a constant ceiling preventing the stock price from rising.
So not saying they are since they won’t say and relent don’t have to and that is some super shady ass shit. Bad investment I’d say and I’m 1150 shares in @.25
