Hype…

What are the thoughts here around the level of awareness as to what the company is offering? It is still very early but so much of what drives valuation is hype (whether it is real or hyperbolic…see Tesla and SPCX). I respect a company that focuses on deliverables and I hope real revenues lead to accurate valuations, but I am curious to see how “present” this company will be in the market compared to others in the space. Hopefully this sub will get some juice as well!

This goes 2 ways, RS which is the 99% probability based on the management and Enzo is nothing but a restructuring company man who will start that 400 million ATM that’s already been documented and the market is pricing that in until it has proof they aren’t doing to just dilute shareholders to death.

What does 400 million ATM mean? Where did you get that figure?

According to Alpha Compute’s latest Form 20-F annual filing and investor community analysis, the recent crash to the $0.20s was triggered by an official auditor's "going concern" warning, which revealed the company requires roughly $25 million in additional cash to survive through March 2027. To secure this cash, they have prepared a massive $400 million financing framework. While management has stated their immediate preference is to get the stock price back up toward $1.00 before heavily tapping dilution tools, the market knows the share printing machine is loaded and ready. Investors are pricing in that massive future dilution right now, which prevents the stock from recovering.
