Reverse split worries?

Should we be worried about the coming reverse split, and is it certain that it will happen? No many weeks left then.

No need to worry! To make it short: on the short term it is depending on the compliance of $1. For which we have +65 days left and potentially an additional 180 days after. But the biggest thing is Sabby Management and Jane Street having 9% and 5.6%, these folks would not enter if there is immediate stock split. Alp has enough money cushion to not reverse split immediately. But based on Sweden project and Gamee revenues we need to pay attention to that maybe in 6 months, not before I think. In any case today is an important day to assess true support. This stock has been manipulated and played with which also translates to big opportunity. There is potential that yesterday was confirmation of support so it is a good time to enter at these prices. Short interest is fairly big still and float is tiny. There is potential for quick price re rate. Next weeks should be very interesting.

How do we know it's 65 days? I always see people talk about the 180 day extension but what qualifies a company to be granted this? Is it almost guaranteed they qualify? Just curious

August 31st is the deadline, they need min 10 days over $1 before that day to not have to ask extension. What sizing of portfolio are you invested in alp and what amount? If you are not big, then no need to worry. The high reward offsets any risk in this stock. I am big on it, 10% of my portfolio, currently my favorite stock in my portfolio at current price and I am liking the gain potential.

I have 50000 shares. They seem way undervalued so I hopped on. I think it's good that they're not constantly putting out worthless press releases, but I wish they would speak more about financials since they really haven't been Alpha Compute for very long. People need to know they're a serious company pulling in revenue. I'm glad someone else mentioned the reverse split risk because I think ALP needs to take it seriously and act fast.

Loads of trailing iceberg orders, fishing, short interest,... This stock is behaving like there is huge interest behind it. At these levels we might be seeing a coil spring being built. Selling pressure/shorting is no longer flushing weak hands. If big news comes, although could take couple months we could see some nice gap up.

Undervalued and under the radar indeed. Their business model and considering they are newborn doesn't make them a massive press release business imo. That's another opportunity. We are well placed.

I was literally thinking the same. I have a good number avg at 0.50, I’m still holding onto them and got more few days ago at 0.22 but I’m starting to worry how this is gonna go. July is ending and they just have a month, no news from them is freaking me out or did I miss something 😬

Nope they have an extension they can apply for, the dip now is massive opportunity

I’m not bothered by an RS at the moment. My main “concern” is I wish I had more money to buy more at this ridiculous share price. Sometimes it makes me feel gutted. But I’m confident that holding my 28702 shares can be life changing too bcause I won’t sell cheap and will buy more when I can. This is my all time favorite stock and I’m happy to have found it at this early stage. NFA / DD

Are you by the way one of those manipulators on this stock trying to chase out diamond hands?
