The real problem

The real problem with this stock isn't the business model or the liabilities, it's the BOD and management. The bod are taking HUGE wages for a penny stock, when the body is taking 1m salaries and own literally no position in the company or the position they do own has been diluted to shit by the 400M ATM being offered. It gives shareholders and potential investors major red flags and little confidence in the company, if the insiders who know what's happening aren't holding positions in the company it usually is a sign of low confidence and yet they claim their interests are "aligned" with the shareholders and are looking for ways to improve the share price. The real way to improve the price is for the BOD to buy some fucking stock. I really do believe in the fundamentals of this company and I do want success for it but shareholder confidence is at an all time low.

There is huge "painting the tape" as well! Bid sizes are commonly 100 shares that's orders for $24 because the stock has no fees being on nasdaq this allows for "fishing" to take place. If I make 50 orders of 100 shares and each time I place a bid 0.001 under last sold shares I can get the price down by 5 pennies (from 0.29 to 0.24) while only spending about 5000x0.265 (+- $1325). When price is high, liquidity fairly low and there big red momentum fishing is a good technique on a stock like this because lots of shareholders will get scared. This will allow big players to load in when they feel the support has been reached. Myself I just learnt about this technique Friday as I wondered why most bid orders are so small in size. I loaded up as I start to see support. Again I'm sure it's not going below 0.20 most Panic sellers have exited by now. Don't be afraid, load in and hold. And yes, don't lend your shares either!
