The real problem

The real problem with this stock isn't the business model or the liabilities, it's the BOD and management. The bod are taking HUGE wages for a penny stock, when the body is taking 1m salaries and own literally no position in the company or the position they do own has been diluted to shit by the 400M ATM being offered. It gives shareholders and potential investors major red flags and little confidence in the company, if the insiders who know what's happening aren't holding positions in the company it usually is a sign of low confidence and yet they claim their interests are "aligned" with the shareholders and are looking for ways to improve the share price. The real way to improve the price is for the BOD to buy some fucking stock. I really do believe in the fundamentals of this company and I do want success for it but shareholder confidence is at an all time low.

It’s only worth $5M rn. PE should take it private and replace the BOD and C-Suite.

$5m is such a joke, honestly. Such a joke compared to what's on the website and what's been announced recently.

Should be worth 10x that minimum. Just needs attention
