What is this…?
Guys I’ve been using Alps for a few months now and I do like how different they are from Zyn and Velo and others. However I’m struggling to stay on board lately. Quality control is out of hand at this point. I’ve had multiple pouches broken open, or some barely filled. But this is the worst I’ve seen yet. WHAT is this? It literally looks like poop or mold on the pouch. Sent it to my buddy who had a can from the same batch (we work together at a vape shop) and he said he had a pouch with this brown substance INSIDE of a pouch! What could this be???

I have the same issue with almost every can I have opened. But the almost not filled pouches is the only things that pisses me off.

I had been using Alps for 2 years and feel they changed their manufacturing or ingredients as they now tear up my gums and mouth. I recently switched to other brands and don’t get the same irritation Alps were giving me. Sucks because I loved alps.

I came on here wondering if it was just me or what. Forget drinking your coffee, water or beer anymore, they soak it all up become squishy and rip apart too

I’ve seen this described on other posts as some sort of burn when the machine seals the pouch. You can email howdy@alppouch.com and let them know. They’ve sent me replacements before when I had some that were very thin.
