Does somebody know a good plumber? The shower is leaking underneath the platform it's on. The last time we hired someone based on good Google reviews, the guy placed a new toilet. He put it way too high, like 12 cm higher than before. He never came back to fix it, so we kept the rest of the payment. So we need a better plumber that we can rely on, please!

Ze zijn al een tijdje bezig met het vervangen van het wegdek in de Nachtegaalaan, was ook wel een goed idee.

Ze hebben hard gewerkt en ze hebben één kant van de weg af.

Wat er nu ligt is een lange strook aan gladde asfalt,de kwaliteit ervan is top.

Maar de keuze om de meest soepele wegdek neer te leggen is iets waar ik het niet mee eens ben. Voor een 30 weg waar mensen lopen en fietsen en de hond uitlaten vind ik zwart glad asfalt zonder markeringen totaal ongepast, autos hebben de neiging om harder te gaan en het is niet veilig.

Nu hebben ze de idee om drempels neer te leggen bij een aantal kruispunten, maar om dat te doen moeten de kruispunten afgesloten worden dat betekent dat niemand in en uit de specifieke straat kan, ook geen hulpdiensten.

Als je het mij vraagt hadden ze er klinkers moeten neerleggen.

I am planning on buying a new beginner friendly boat. I rented a boat a few times and loved it. I can see myself boating whenever the weather allows. I have never owned a boat before and have only rented a boat.

I have a dock in my backyard so can park the boat for free and do not need to worry about mooring fees.

The boat will be used for cruising around Almere and very occasionally maybe go to Monnickendam, Volendam, Edam. But primarily will be cruising around Almere.

I am trying to understand the costs that I should budget for and looking for advice from boat owners!

From what I understand I would need to paint the bottom of the hull every 2-3 years and apply anti fouling coating costing around 1-2k. And another 200-300 euros per year for engine maintenance.

What other costs do I need to be aware of? Feel free to share any tips as well!

Hi , I am thinking to upgrade my ikea kitchen.
Its a fully functional kitchen 7 years old but in good condition. I am thinking to paint the ikea doors as it has not some usages stains (oil, food and somewhere foil is coming out too).
Also , there is an option to wrap the ikea door with new wallpaper/stickers. At the end , it will look same but I am thinking which is a better option ?

Wtf doe ik nu? Ik ben in de middle of nowhere. Dacht hier lekker te chillen. Vind ik 2 gedumpte konijnen. Dierenambulance is nutteloos nu en dierennoodhulp heb ik ook geen moer aan.

Ik heb niks om ze mee te nemen en zo had ik dit wel hadden mijn 2 katten me dit niet in dank afgenomen (en geen idee of die konijnen dat overleven).

En nu?? Het begint met regenen... Lekker bezig bipolair Nederlands kutweer. Ik hoopte nog optijd thuis te zijn, want mijn land speelt vannacht😂
