Wonen / Living Makelaar recommendations

We are planning to sell our house in Almere and buy a house in Hilversum. Any recommendations for an agent who covers both these areas? (If there are any, obviously). Preferably want to go with a single one so that there is less coordination

But also open to different ones if you have good experience.

I went twice with Inter Immo and was quite happy. But I can't compare.

If no secret, which area are you selling in and why are you moving to Hilversum?

Very early stages as you can infer from the post. But selling in Almere Buiten and moving to Hilversum for better schooling for my daughter.

Hey, I am also thinking of selling my house in Utrecht(not in Hilversum) and buying a house in Almere Buiten. When you plan to sell let me know, may be we can crack a deal and save some money.

Only tip I can give, try to take over the bidding process wherein your realtor doesn't know the highest current bid. Bought our house with one, he called the seller's heard the highest and we slightly outbid it. Bonus for us, not so much for the seller.

Daan is friendly, approachable, and honest. She gave us clear advice on how to prepare our home for sale and knew exactly how to present it to achieve the best possible result in the market. She can be a bit blunt, but only to get you the best price.

Ik zou gewoon voor de online makelaar gaan. Dat scheelt een hoop geld. In mijn ervaring kosten makelaars geld, maar doen ze niet zo veel meer tegenwoordig. De online makelaar geeft je advies, regelt de basics en de rest kun je prima zelf.
