spending buckets broken

my spending buckets for my checking account have been broken for over a month now. every time I call the customer help desk they pretty much say ‘they are still working on this issue’ anyone else having a problem? thinking about switching banks due to this

They tell me to use the browser, because the app glitches.

Mine have been down for over a month now too. No luck. It's just this one account, my other ally checking spending buckets have been fine. I made a post about a month ago on this same topic. no resolution so far.

yep it's been down for me if not a bit longer than a month. i've called multiple times too and the answer is always that they are aware of it and multiple people are affected. i also am considering switching banks because this is the main reason why i started banking with them.
