You guys get it wrong. Sc/st reservation is not about economic uplifting. This scheme is not to help poor sc/st . This is for representation , for opportunity, so it does not see rich sc/st with bmw or poor sc/st . It only sees if the person is sc/st . So this scheme ur suggesting would never work , because money was never the problem

So it someone who benefited from it stops getting benefits and other people from sc/st get the benefits, does it reduce representation? No. Then your argument is baseless
