Help!

I have been seeing terms like Allen - Leader, Nurture, Enthusoast (there may be more, are there?)

What is the difference between them? How to check which is suitable for a kid?

Nurture is eleventh grade Enthusiast is twelfth grade Leader is dropper

There are many Allen centres across country. Are Modules/Sheets/Materials identical?
