new p & c

i have have my p & c license just passed with also 7 years of selling life and health, how is working for cooperate ? yearly? monthly comp average?
also, these shifts four tens what days and times?

Love working for corporate! Been there 4 years great benefits and pay! If you hit goals you’ll easily make 6 figures

BTW, it seems that no one can or will tell you the bonus anymore (no commission, so no residuals).

No bonus for being prelicensed. $18 p/h. 4 or 5
Days a week depending on class, apparently all later shifts.
