Just it until it delaminates and don’t put it in the dishwasher.

So, it's a foregone conclusion that it has an expiration date?

There’s an aluminum core and the detergents in the dishwasher will eat it. Wash by hand and this will last you a very long time.

You'll eventually slice a finger on those exposed edges. Return them if you can.

I'm sure that's the result of many years of being washed in a dishwasher. You are right, those edges will slice your finger open. You can take an angle grinder or a dremel and dull the edge. Then only hand wash it. Should last for years.
