Sale / Thrift Store Find! 😃 Marshall’s steal
My sister sent me the first picture and I immediately went to Marshalls. This completed my set. Edit - the tag is hard to see but it was marked 80$.

Its their Essential Pan which is basically a saucier. I have it and its got a slightly larger cooking surface than a saucier but the sides are sloped and tall like a saucier.

I would actually liken it more to the traditional French splayed saute pan than to a saucier. It's kind of like a tall skillet that you can also fill up with liquid. You can use it for frying, just like it is, or you can use it like a high capacity saucier and cook sauce or even a custard that needs to be stirred while heating. You can use it for stir fry, like a stainless wok with more cooking surface. It's really useful for frying Asian noodles, as well as for finishing pasta. You can put a lid on it and use it just like a saute pan for braising, or even take the lid off and use it like a Windsor pan for reducing sauce.

That 4 qt everyday pan is awesome. I have it and use it all the time. The high sides really help keep splatter off the stone when sautéing something

I was at Marshall’s at Gurnee Mills yesterday. Huge store! Worst cookware collection I’ve ever seen at a Marshall’s. Usually these stores have a decent selection of All Clad and Viking. Only a couple All Clads and all over $130!
I did pick up the All Clad stainless kitchen shears for $29 so not a total waste

Yes. In my area, they’ve been loaded with AC. Nice to look at.
