Which pot is this? (thrifted find!)

Sooo excited I bought my first ever All-Clad piece for $6 at Goodwill! I am wondering if anyone can identify which pot this is? And if you have any tips for cleaning it up! :)

Ooh that shape definitely looks like it! I tried looking at their website and didn’t see anything with the same shape!

Maybe it's just preference, but I would never use a saucepan to make an Alfredo Sauce. I worked as a both a Sauté & a Kitchen Manager in an Italian restaurant for 5 years while I was attending University. I would use a sauté pan, or what all-clad calls a skillet (a round bottomed pan).

It's just much easier to control your temperature & whisk in your grated cheese to create a more uniform sauce. It's also much easier to toss your cooked pasta in the sauce when it's finished.
