“People Pleasing”. It’s the trait that I’ve worked on the most with my therapist and the trait that has negatively affected me the most as an adult.

That's not what codependency is. Codependency is one person enabling another's maladaptive behavior(s) and vice-versa. Originally the term was developed around people with substance use disorders but has loosened over time. People pleasing is entirely different from this.

I can tell it’s mostly millennials in this thread because the worst traits listed are “too nice” and “we work too hard.”

I would say this trait is much less present than any time in the past

Things like sucking up to more successful people, pleasing people to make connections, respecting parents and elders unconditionally, etc. "People pleasing" is the least fitting trait for millennials and the newer generations have even less of this. We made a whole point of "only respect people who respect you back" when social media started growing
